Lewisburg, OH - What a great day for the county championships! This is always a fun meet for the athletes because unlike most invitationals there is a 3 athlete limit (instead of the usual 2), per event, per school. Plus, many athletes get to try events they might not normally participate in which always creates a memorable experience for all. The boys won the championships with a team high 159 points and the girls finished second with 79 points, Great job Eagles. The Eagles return to action this Friday @ the Wayne Invitational - Huber Heights, OH. Dean Stoltz Invite Cut Short Due to Bad Weather!

Eaton, OH - Spring weather dealt the Dean Stoltz Invitational a rainy, windy and cold day that just wouldn't let up once started. However, several field and running events did get completed. Unfortunately, due to rapidly approaching thunderstorms the meet was called after the completion of the 4x200 meter relays. Next year the plan is to move the traditional Saturday invitational to Friday evening under the lights and if needed use Saturday as a make up or carry over day. Thanks to all schools, boosters and volunteers for your participation this year and good luck to all athletes the remainder of the season. Becca Mowen Sets New JH Shot Put Record!

Congratulations Becca! Dale Plank Invitational Success!4/21/2015 / Results
Oxford, OH - Tuesday evening the Eagles traveled to the 5th Annual Dale Plank Invitational hosted by Talawanda High School. Being a mid week invitational sandwiched between two big invitationals allows the coaches to try athletes in different events, fewer events and or give some the night off. The goal being to mix things up and insert some mid season fun into the season. Plus, it gives the coaching staff an opportunity to evaluate the potential of athletes in other events which is always good. However, mother nature in the spring doesn't always cooperate and last night was an example as windy cool weather made for a tough night and affected all times, distances, jumps, etc. However, the Eagles competed well with both the girls and boys teams finishing 5th in the final team standings. The Eagles will return to action this Saturday at the Dean Stoltz Invitational @ the Eaton track & field athletic complex. Trifecta for Seth Reynolds @ Fred Durkle Invitational

Our
first meets are just around the corner and the coaching staff is preparing for
what we believe will be another exciting season. We have 8 home meets this season – 4 high school
and 4 junior high.
The track & field program needs your help! We have already contacted some of you personally to help with various meet activities and your response has been great. This season the boosters club has taken over the operation of the concession stand but, we need people to help work at the various home meets. We have various financial needs that we hope the concession stand will help us continue to cover this and next season. Last season the concession helped us recondition our finish line timing system and purchase various new pieces of equipment to benefit our entire track & field program. What we need is for the adults to volunteer to work the various home meets in the concession stand. We ask that the high school parents help cover the junior high meet nights and the junior high school parents help cover the high school meets. If you have the time to sign up for two meets it would help us in more ways than you could imagine. Grandparents and other adult family members are welcome to sign up to help with the concession stand. If you can work please contact Coach McKinney at rmckinney@eaton.k12.oh.us or by text to 937-533-3207(cell phone) as soon as possible. The attachment contains a list of the meets we will host at home this season. Please, please help! Reynolds Breaks 3 Track RecordsFebruary 9, 2015 / Ohio State High School Open #3 /
