Michelle McKinney Breaks 800 Meter State Record!

Akron, OH - 3/16/2013 - Congrats goes to Michelle McKinney for placing second & breaking the D2/D3 State Indoor 800 Meter Record on Saturday at the OATCCC State Indoor Track Championships. From the start of the race to the finish line Michelle and winner Kaele Lightfoot of Minerva battled it out with the final result being that both shattered the old 800 Meter State record of 2:18.7 held by Julia Pusateri of St. Thomas Aquinas! The 2:16.75 is also a new indoor 800 Meter EHS school record for Michelle! Great Job Michelle!
